Quality Assurance Specialist – Bakery
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in baked goods? We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our bakery team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production of delicious, safe, and top-quality products while advancing your career in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of bakery products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols, procedures, and testing methods.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Record and analyze quality data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and other relevant certifications.
- Participate in internal audits and coordinate with external inspectors during certification processes.
- Train staff on quality standards, best practices, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the baking, food manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to identify issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
- Relevant certifications in food safety or quality management are a plus.
