Flush Department

Production Operator

Location: Rockdale, IL

Shift: 5PM-4AM Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate: $18.50

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general production tasks in the Flush Department, including material handling and basic equipment operation

• Follow production procedures and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality output

• Perform visual inspections and error-proofing checks to prevent defects

• Monitor cycle times and performance standards to maintain efficiency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

• Support team members and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and employment verification

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a production-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
