Flush Operator

We are looking to add machine operators to our team at a growing ink manufacturing company in Rockdale. This position follows standard work procedures and safe work practices to ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and meets quality standards. This role also requires operating a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products as needed.

Location: Rockdale, IL

Shift:
1st Shift: 7AM-5PM Monday-Thursday

2nd Shift- 5PM-3AM Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $18.00/hour

2nd Shift- $18.50/hour 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality checks and error-proofing procedures

• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues

• Monitor production output, cycle times, and efficiency standards

• Load, unload, and transport materials using a sit-down forklift

• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods

• Assist with setup, changeovers, and basic equipment adjustments

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and employment verification

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a production-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
