Position Summary:
Quality Assurance (QA) Associates are responsible for inspecting customer orders and ensuring all items are accurate, properly packed, and undamaged before shipping. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Position Summary:
Quality Assurance (QA) Associates are responsible for inspecting customer orders and ensuring all items are accurate, properly packed, and undamaged before shipping. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to read and follow instructions in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect contents of customer orders to ensure all items are included.
- Replace any damaged items.
- Ensure customer orders are properly packed (e.g., lids facing upwards, meat touching ice packs, produce away from ice packs).
- Use computers to verify order contents.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to the Outbound Team Lead immediately.
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized work areas.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and other health and food safety policies.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to lift and move moderate weights (up to 25–50 lbs) as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
- Basic computer skills (data entry, scanning, and order verification).
- Experience in food handling or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of QA procedures and standards.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
