Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay & Shift Information:

• Base Pay: $16.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour
• Overtime: Mandatory as required by production needs

1st Shift:

• 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM
• 30-minute unpaid meal break, 15-minute paid break

2nd Shift:

• 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid meal break, 15-minute paid break

Essential Job Duties:

• Assemble components and parts according to standard work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely
• Perform quality checks on assembled products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Meet production goals and maintain a steady work pace
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness and availability to work mandatory overtime
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
