Shipping and Receiving

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory professional to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate shipment processing, timely receiving of materials, and maintaining precise inventory records to support efficient operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6am-3pm 
Location: Bedford Park, IL 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $22/hr 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound shipping by arranging carriers, scheduling pickups, and preparing shipping documentation.
• Receive inbound shipments; verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and manage returns or replacement
• Sign delivery receipts and assist with unloading shipments when required.
• Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse and stockroom locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock adjustments.

Qualification Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Proficient in computer skills and prior experience with inventory management systems 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Forklift Certified - Sit-down and Stand-up 
• Dependable and consistent attendance 
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
