2nd Shift Aluminum Assembler

Job Title: Aluminum Assembler – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $24.50/hour + $1.50 shift premium

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Aluminum Assembler to join our production team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for assembling aluminum components according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble aluminum parts and components using hand and power tools

• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Meet production goals and work efficiently as part of a team

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience working with aluminum or metal components a plus

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
