Job Title: FMO – Tube Mill

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Fabrication Machine Operator (FMO) to support Tube Mill operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for operating tube mill equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring product quality while meeting safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tube mill machinery in accordance with work instructions

• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to maintain quality

• Load and unload materials and finished product

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report issues to supervision

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Meet daily production and efficiency goals

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

• Tube mill experience a plus but not required

• Ability to read basic work instructions and measurements

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
