Material Operator

Join our growing team! We're seeking reliable and experienced Reach Truck Operators to support warehouse operations across all shifts. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and experience operating reach trucks and  we want to hear from you! 

Location: Romeoville, IL

Schedule:
11AM-7PM or 7PM-3:30AM

Pay rate: $20.50/hour

 Duties:

• Operate Reach Truck Forklift to transport pallets, materials, and cases throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.

• Perform case picking using RF scanners or pick lists to fulfill outbound orders accurately and on time.

• Stage, wrap, and label pallets for shipment, ensuring product integrity and order accuracy.

• Assist with inventory tasks, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies in product locations or quantities.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of the pre-employment process.

• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends or holidays, as needed.

• Experience operating Reach Trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
