Weekend Shift QA Technician

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician – Food Industry to support food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to consistently monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Location: Gilbert, AZ!

Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
End times may vary

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Duties:

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products

• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards

• Conduct routine checks, measurements, and documentation per company and regulatory requirements

• Identify quality issues, document findings, and communicate concerns to supervisors

• Assist with corrective actions and follow-up inspections as needed

• Maintain accurate QA records, logs, and reports

• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and company food safety policies

• Support audits and inspections as required

Requirements:

• Previous quality assurance or quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation practices

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Ability to work extended hours when end times vary

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

• Position is in a food manufacturing facility

• May be exposed to cold or warm temperatures

• Requires standing, walking, and inspecting production areas for extended periods
