Job Title: Turret Operator – Warehouse

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Training Schedule (Required):

• January 26–30 | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Regular Shift:

• 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Regular Shift Start Date: February 2

• Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Job Description:
Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced Turret Operator for a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of turret truck (swing reach) experience.

Responsibilities:

• Operate turret truck safely to move, stack, and retrieve products in high-bay racking

• Accurately pick and stage orders based on work instructions

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly

• Follow all company and safety policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of turret truck (swing reach) operating experience in a warehouse

• Must be able to pass a Turret skills test during the interview process

• Steel-toe shoes required

• Comfortable working at heights

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and accuracy

• Dependable and team-oriented
