Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Training Schedule:
First 3 weeks: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for performing basic maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting on hose manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on hose manufacturing machines

• Change and adjust meters, spoon rollers, and related components

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments

• Support production by responding to equipment issues in a timely manner

• Document completed work and provide detailed shift handoff notes regarding unresolved issues, materials, or equipment

• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical or maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot and make mechanical adjustments

• Willingness to train on 1st shift for the initial 3-week training period

• Ability to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule after training

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
