1st Shift Warehouse Coordinator, Cold Storage, $21/hr

Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by managing order releases, resolving order and packing issues, and ensuring orders are accurately picked and shipped using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Release and manage orders in the WMS

• Resolve packing issues and order exceptions

• Troubleshoot orders that cannot be picked or shipped

• Maintain accurate order status and documentation in the WMS

• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Experience working in a WMS environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Need:

Candidates should have experience working in a warehouse, food production, or cold storage environment. Prior experience in a coordinator, lead, or support role is preferred. Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System is strongly desired. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a cold environment for the full shift, is reliable and punctual, communicates effectively, and can remain active and engaged throughout the workday.
