Pay Rate: $26.50/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Lead to oversee and support aluminum production operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for leading team members, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily aluminum production operations and support production goals

• Guide, train, and mentor team members on proper procedures and equipment use

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency

• Perform inspections and quality checks on aluminum materials

• Troubleshoot production issues and report equipment or safety concerns

• Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Complete production and shift documentation as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aluminum manufacturing or metal production preferred

• Lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work extended shifts and stand for long periods

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 2nd shift hours

• Basic computer or production reporting skills a plus
