Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements

• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications

• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy

• Safely handle materials and maintain an organized work area

• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Previous press brake operating experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers)

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Experience with CNC press brakes a plus
