We are currently seeking a skilled LTO with experience specifically with clamp forklifts to join our team. As an LTO, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to safely and efficiently move materials and products within our warehouse or facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of forklift operations, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production area.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas or production lines following safety guidelines and operating procedures.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on the forklift and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Stack and organize products and materials neatly to optimize storage space and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, containers, and pallets as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete paperwork and documentation related to forklift operation and inventory movement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training as a Forklift Operator with specific experience.
- Proven experience operating sit down and stand-up forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of forklift safety practices, operating procedures, and maintenance.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and movement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
