Location: Florence, KY

We are a staffing agency currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing environment in Florence, KY. .

Shift Information

• Training Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

• Assigned Shift After Training: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM

• Training Duration: Approximately 14 days

Pay Rate

• $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime

• Support changeovers, equipment setups, and production startups

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and document maintenance activities

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and production calls

• Follow all safety, GMP, and OSHA standards; properly use PPE

• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of industrial maintenance required
• Ability to understand and interpret gauges, tools, and instruments relating to product quality andequipment repair
• Must have a good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Knowledge and experience with PLCs, drives are preferred.
• Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.
• Forklift experience is required, training will be provided.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• High School Diploma or GED
