Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for supporting the safe and compliant movement of high-voltage EV battery packs and related components. This role ensures accurate documentation, proper labeling, inventory tracking, and adherence to hazardous materials regulations (DOT, IATA, OSHA).
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a regulated warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound shipments of EV battery packs and hazardous materials

Verify shipping documentation, labels, and inventory accuracy

Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, OSHA, and company safety procedures

Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems

Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and required documentation

Obtain and maintain hazardous materials certification

Follow high-voltage handling and safety protocols

Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready shipping and receiving area

Support additional warehouse and logistics projects as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
