Facility Appearance / Quality Assurance Specialist
Bentonville, AR

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facility Appearance Specialist to maintain cleanliness and safety throughout our warehouse facility. This position focuses on janitorial duties, floor care, and general facility maintenance to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse sanitation schedules and ensure a clean, safe environment

• Operate powered floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment

• Clean interior and exterior areas of debris and trash

• Perform general warehouse maintenance duties

• Assist supervisors with special projects as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of related experience

• Ability to become certified on powered floor scrubber equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow repetitive work instructions and safety procedures

• Must be able to safely mix cleaning chemicals while wearing required PPE

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• English required; Spanish a plus

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Pay & Schedule:

• 1st Shift

• $17.50 per hour

• Must pass background check and drug screen
