Maintenance

We are looking to add maintenance to our team at a growing ink manufacturing company in Rockdale. In this role you will support daily checks along with carry out daily and weekly preventative maintenance

Location: Rockdale, IL

Shift:
1st Shift:7AM-4PM, Monday- Friday

Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $21.34/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily checks and carry out daily and weekly preventative maintenance.

• Assist higher-level mechanics with various tasks and mechanical breakdowns.

• Learn to identify equipment, understand its purpose, and follow standard operating procedures.

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on DCP mills, including changing filters, matrices, and adding media.

• Inspect and maintain the ice conveying system.

• Inspect and maintain equipment associated with the boiler, air compressor, air dryer, and water softener systems.

• Inspect and maintain various scrubber systems throughout the plant.

• Inspect and maintain flusher vacuum systems.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and employment verification

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a production-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
