Fabrication Machine Operator (FMO) – Mazak Laser

Location: Kenosha
Shift: 2nd Shift – 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Machine Operator (FMO) with Mazak laser experience to join a growing manufacturing team in Kenosha, WI. This is a long-term opportunity offering a consistent 2nd shift schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Mazak laser cutting machines

• Load/unload materials and ensure proper setup for production runs

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience operating Mazak laser machines (required)

• Fabrication or machine operator background

• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
