Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations and the efficient movement of products throughout the facility. This role involves operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday

Hours: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Pay Rate: $21.64 per hour
What You’ll Do
-
Support daily warehouse operations, including vendor receiving, system transactions, tagging, picking, staging, and inventory management
-
Organize, stage, and secure materials such as pallets, boxes, and other packaging supplies

Load and unload products using forklifts onto pallets, skids, trucks, or other lifting devices
-
Follow all safety rules, procedures, and compliance requirements

Inspect and verify products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

Read and verify tickets, manifests, invoices, and orders for inbound and outbound shipments

Compare physical inventory to records to ensure order accuracy
-
Collaborate with team members to meet and improve key performance metrics and engineered labor standards

Perform additional warehouse-related duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
-
Previous warehouse experience preferred
-
Stand-up forklift experience required
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills (verbal and written)
-
Proven reliability, dependability, and attendance
-
Basic math and computer skills
-
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required in a 24/7 operation

Comfortable working in cold environments
-
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds

Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling

Frequent reaching above shoulder level, at waist level, and from the floor
