2nd Shift Structural Welders

Location: El Mirage, AZ!

Schedule: 3:30 pm - 2 am Monday  Thursday, overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $22 - $24.40

Duties:

• Run overhead crane system to handle steel beams, plates, and assemblies using chains, grabs, and other rigging equipment.

• Read blueprint drawings to determine the correct weld type and thickness.

• Operate welding machines, including striking arcs, guiding electrodes along lines, and applying needle guns to clean welds and remove slag.

• Load weld wire spools as required and maintain welding equipment.

• Perform all required welding operations to ensure quality assembly and production.

Requirements:

• Must pass requisite company weld tests.

• High school diploma preferred; welding certification a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Strong understanding of welding processes and equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently without constant supervision.

• Adequate strength, mobility, dexterity, vision, and hearing to handle steel (10–50 lbs) and operate welding machinery.

• Ability to wear a respirator as required.
