Warehouse Coordinator

We’re seeking a dependable and Bilingual Warehouse Customer Service to support daily warehouse operations in Mokena. IL. This role is responsible for processing and sending customer orders, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining effective communication between warehouse staff, customer service, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Location: Mokena, IL

Shift:
1st Shift: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday

Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Verify order details to ensure accuracy before shipment

• Coordinate with pickers to ensure proper order fulfillment

• Communicate effectively with customer service and customers regarding order status or discrepancies

• Maintain organized workflow within the warehouse

• Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse duties as needed

• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the entire shift

• Basic computer skills (email, order systems, scanners, or inventory systems preferred)

• Ability to coordinate and communicate with packers, customer service, and customers
