NOW HIRING – 3RD SHIFT MOLDING OPERATOR ?

$16.25/hour
3rd Shift | 11:45 PM – 8:00 AM

Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Molding Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Elgin/Pingree Grove area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate molding machines in a production environment

  • Inspect parts for quality and defects

  • Trim, assemble, and package molded components

  • Follow safety and production guidelines

  • Maintain clean and organized workstation

  • Meet daily production quotas

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to stand for full shift

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • English required

  • Must pass E-Verify
