3rd Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician! This is a hands-on role performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule:
3rd Shift – 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
8-hour shifts
Currently 5 days/week, moving to 6 days/week during busy season
Flexible schedule including weekends; overtime required during peak season

Pay Rate: $32.00/hr

Duties:

• Perform maintenance functions in support of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and work orders accurately.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas.

• Follow SOPs and comply with GMPs, safety policies, and government regulations.

• Support continuous improvement and ensure equipment operates at maximum efficiency.

• Perform data entry and transactions using computer applications.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (5+ years of work experience may substitute for education).

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Working knowledge of valves, valve actuators, gaskets, seals, and HTST process.

• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Teams preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical theory and PLC programming is a plus.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Team player willing to learn multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.

• Must wear required PPE (goggles and ear protection).
