Are you ready to make a difference? Midway Staffing is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join our warehouse team in Decatur, AR, as General Labor for a kitchen Cabinet Operation.
Position: Kitchen cabinets parts builder Location: Gentry, AR
Shift: 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 6:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays as needed Pay: $12.42 per hour
Job Description:
  • Install doors, cut wood materials, paint, load finished goods, and other components per the work order and factory specifications.
  • Be able to read blueprint and measure tape
  • Ensure clean and accurate fitment.
  • Adhere to safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Test equipment for proper functionality.
  • Perform and remember how to perform multiple manual assembly tasks daily.
  • Prepares wood material for operation by making kitchen cabinets, setting up adjustments, and assisting with equipment changeovers.
  • Fabricate new or replacement parts for production and assemble parts using hand and small power tools.
  • Maintains quality standards and customer specifications by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections and adjusting equipment.
  • Ensures accurate machine operation by making equipment adjustments and referring questions to the supervisor.
  • Maintains production operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Other responsibilities to be assigned.
