Position Summary

The Factory Direct (FD) Biller is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices associated with factory-direct orders. This role supports financial accuracy and internal collaboration by auditing invoices, calculating freight charges, and responding to departmental inquiries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field

• Strong computer proficiency

• Experience preparing professional business correspondence

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP

• Background in foodservice and/or distribution environments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit factory-direct invoices to verify accuracy of costs

• Calculate and apply freight charges for factory-direct invoices

• Research and respond to Sales Department inquiries related to FD invoices and freight rates

• Enter and process factory-direct invoices in the Accounts Payable system

• Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate stakeholders
