ICQA Operator – Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (Monday–Friday)
Location: Hiram, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hr
Reports to: ICQA Lead
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable ICQA Operator to support inventory accuracy and product quality within our fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining warehouse standards, ensuring product freshness, and supporting both inbound and outbound teams.
This position requires schedule flexibility. While standard hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, candidates must be willing to arrive early, stay late when needed, and occasionally work weekends. Weekend work is expected to decrease once the second ICQA position is filled.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform directed and dynamic cycle counts using RF Smart.
- Verify product quality and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.
- Identify, log, and process damaged products using inventory systems.
- Inspect incoming produce shipments, including temperature checks and documentation.
- Remove short-dated and expired products from warehouse locations.
- Prepare and process donation inventory.
- Conduct weekly line verifications to ensure no expired or short-dated products remain.
- Complete ICQA audits across ambient, refrigerated, and freezer areas.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, food safety, and warehouse safety standards.
- Support fulfillment teams and collaborate with warehouse leadership.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or quality control experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments averaging 34°F.
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Follows directions and adheres to established procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
