ICQA Operator – Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (Thursday–Monday)
Location: Hiram, GA
Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hr
Reports to: ICQA Lead
Training Schedule
For the first two weeks, this position will train Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM alongside leadership.

We are hiring an ICQA Operator to support inventory accuracy and quality assurance efforts within our warehouse. Although this is technically an inbound role, the majority of daily responsibilities will support outbound operations.
This role requires flexibility with scheduling, including the ability to come in early, stay late, and assist with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct directed and dynamic inventory counts.
- Perform produce inspections upon truck receipt, including temperature verification and documentation.
- Log and process damaged goods.
- Execute short-date pulls and verify warehouse lines are free of expired or short-dated product.
- Transfer inventory to donation bins and assist with donation preparation.
- Complete weekly ICQA audits to verify expiration dates and pallet integrity.
- Support investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with inbound and outbound supervisors and team leads.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of warehouse, inventory control, or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Ability to use RF scanners and basic inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet established quantity and quality standards.
- Follows directions and adheres to company procedures.
- Ability to work alone and remain productive without direct supervision.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency.
- Flexible availability and dependable attendance.
