1st Shift Forklift Driver
$20/hr | Bentonville, AR

We are seeking experienced Forklift Drivers for 1st shift in Bentonville, AR. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and packing equipment to meet shipping/receiving schedules

• Load and unload materials; move pallets and crates throughout facility

• Pick, pack, check, and stage products for shipment

• Stack materials in designated storage areas following inventory procedures

• Complete required forms and maintain accurate production records

• Inspect equipment and report maintenance, safety, or quality issues

• Follow all company safety policies and production standards

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of warehouse or forklift experience

• OSHA forklift certification preferred

• RF scanner experience preferred

• Basic math and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Worker Instructions:

• Report to work on time and follow supervisor direction

• Wear required PPE at all times

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Accurately complete assigned tasks and documentation

• Immediately report hazards, damages, or production concerns

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
