Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Lead to oversee and support assembly line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading team members to maintain efficiency, safety, and organization on the assembly floor.

Location: Mesquite, TX
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support assembly line staff to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Perform and oversee complex assembly tasks using hand-held, pneumatic, and power tools
• Ensure team members follow work orders, supervisor instructions, and safety procedures
• Conduct quality checks to verify accurate assembly and proper equipment functionality
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Train new employees on assembly procedures, tools, and safety standards
• Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to improve efficiency and productivity
• Communicate production updates, issues, and improvements to supervisors

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in a lead or senior role
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
