Selector 3rd Shift

• Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, center riders, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
• Select correct products from warehouse racking and build customer orders accurately
• Use SOS label technology to create and apply product labels correctly
• Stack and palletize products following proper procedures (no heavy-on-light stacking, labels facing outward, etc.)
• Stage completed pallets at designated dock locations for loading
• Stretch-wrap pallets on the loading dock
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards in compliance with Sysco and AIB requirements
• Always Follow Sysco Safe preferred work methods
• Work until all orders are completed, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

• Fast-paced and physically demanding
• Constant movement throughout the shift
• Exposure to freezing, cold, and dry temperature environments
• Requires endurance and attention to safety and accuracy

• 5–7 years of warehouse or order selection experience
• Ability to meet or exceed engineered productivity and efficiency standards
• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of product placement and inventory control procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75–100 lbs. regularly
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Physically capable of performing repetitive lifting, bending, and walking
