Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on hose manufacturing machines

  • Assist machine operators with equipment adjustments and troubleshooting

  • Change and adjust meters, spoon rollers, and related machine components

  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments

  • Document completed work accurately

  • Leave detailed notes for the next shift regarding any materials or equipment that could not be repaired

Training Schedule (First 3 Weeks)

Monday – Thursday
5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Regular 2nd Shift Schedule

Monday – Thursday
2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Requirements

  • Must have own toolbox

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
