Warehouse Returns Specialist / Returns Associate

Location:  N Las Vegas
Pay Rate:  $14/ Hourly - Weekly Pay
Schedule:  8:00am - 4:30pm

The Returns Specialist manages product returns to keep operations efficient and customers satisfied. They receive and inspect returned items, decide whether to restock, repair, or dispose of them, and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process Returns: Open, sort, and handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty items from online and retail channels.

• Inspect Items: Check returned products for damage, wear, and accuracy.

• Update Systems: Scan and record returns in the WMS or ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to process refunds or replacements.

• Decide Next Steps: Restock, repair, return to vendor, or dispose of items.

• Maintain Accuracy: Keep return areas organized and inventory records accurate.

• Vendor Returns: Prepare and ship items back to vendors.

• Work with Teams: Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues and track product defects.
