Cold Warehouse Associate
Location: Massillon, OH 44647
1st Shift Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Pay: $20.39 per hour
2nd Shift Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Pay $21.39 per hour
(May be required to start earlier or stay later once fully trained)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cold Warehouse Associate to support production operations in a cold manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are manufactured, inspected, and packaged according to company quality and food safety standards.

Physical Requirements

Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders

Lift up to 45 pounds regularly

Work in cold and/or wet conditions

Work near moving mechanical parts
