Location: Taylor, PA 18517
Schedule: 1st Shift 7AM-3:30PM with overtime
Pay: $16.50, Weekly Pay
Position Type: Day Shift, Full-Time
Experience Required: Entry Level
Job Summary:
The General Labor Associate supports daily warehouse operations within a distribution center environment. This role is responsible for labeling, repacking, palletizing products, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and willing to perform a variety of warehouse duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Label and repack products according to company and customer requirements
- Palletize and shrink-wrap completed orders
- Inspect, check, and verify pallets for outgoing and incoming shipments
- Load and unload trucks manually
- Operate manual pallet jacks to move product throughout the warehouse
- Perform basic inventory checks and counts as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and left for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to work in fast paced warehouse environments
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, counting quantities)
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to perform all assigned job duties
