Location: Hudson, MA
Pay: $18.10 per hour

Shift:

• Admin: Monday – Friday

• Cargo: 4:00 AM start time

• 8–10 hour shifts

• Must be open and available for overtime

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dependable, career-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced dock and shipping operation. As a Cargo Handler, you will play a key role in safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards within the distribution network.

All necessary training and materials are provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Load and unload 53-ft commercial trailers in a safe and timely manner

• Operate handheld scanners to track and maneuver freight

• Accurately label boxes and prepare freight for shipment

• Utilize pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts

• Obtain forklift certification and safely operate equipment as required

• Verify freight documentation and inspect condition of shipments

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 90 lbs

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Must be flexible to work weekends and extended hours as needed

• Previous forklift and general freight handling experience preferred
