Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are a staffing agency hiring Warehouse Workers for a meal prep company’s fulfillment warehouse in New Jersey. This is strictly a warehouse fulfillment position — no cooking, food preparation, or kitchen duties involved.

This role is performed in a cold storage fulfillment environment, and employees must be comfortable working in low temperatures throughout the shift. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule

• Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

• Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Days Off: Thursday & Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Pack, label, sort, and move packaged meal boxes

• Use barcode scanning systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Maintain correct order sequence with strong attention to detail

• Lift and carry up to 6 trays per shift (approximately 30 lbs each)

• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

• Work in a cold fulfillment environment while following safety and cleanliness standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety, warehouse, and sanitation guidelines

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Cold storage environment — must dress warmly

• Gloves are required (employees must bring their own gloves to stay warm)

• Non-slip shoes required

• Hairnet required at all times

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs per tray

• Comfortable performing physical labor and standing for long periods

• Strong attention to detail, especially with barcode-based orders

• Comfortable working in cold temperatures

• No English required

• Must pass a background check

• E-Verify required
