Required Skills:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of aluminum manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure team compliance
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inventory management or quality control in manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• Prior experience in aluminum manufacturing or metal fabrication is highly valued

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the 2nd shift: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• This position offers competitive pay at $26.50 per hour
