We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Fab Machine Operator to expertly handle our Mazak Laser machinery. What You’ll Do:
As a 2nd Shift Fab Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Mazak Laser equipment to produce precise components. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of machinery, uphold safety standards, and meet production deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating laser cutting or fabrication machinery, preferably Mazak Laser equipment
• Strong understanding of machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety procedures and best practices in manufacturing

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with other CNC or fabrication machinery
• Knowledge of programming or editing laser machine software
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Previous work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in manufacturing highly valued
• At least 2 years of relevant machining or laser operation experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must pass any required background checks or certifications necessary for the role
