Working from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, you’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring every product meets stringent specifications and customer expectations. Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality standards
- Experience with electronic or mechanical testing equipment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control role is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work on the first shift from 5 am to 1:30 pm
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
- Attention to safety protocols and procedures
