2nd Shift Machine Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | 2 PM - 10:30 AM (Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Duties:

Operate shear, CNC turret punch, and brake press machines safely and independently

Handle, flip, and rotate flat steel sheets throughout the shift

Perform machine setup as required per job

Read and interpret work orders and blueprints

Use measuring devices (tape measure) with precision to 1/32 inch

Meet daily production goals assigned by the production supervisor or team lead

Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience operating or working around heavy industrial machinery preferred

Previous sheet metal handling or exposure preferred

Ability to stand for long periods and handle materials throughout the shift

Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Positive attitude and strong work ethic (training available for entry-level candidates)
