Working from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, you'll be at the forefront of quality assurance, ensuring products meet strict specifications and customer expectations. Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and keen observation skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Basic understanding of quality control and inspection procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to document findings accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Certification in quality inspection (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector)
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
Other Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
