What You’ll Do:
As a Press Brake Operator on the 2nd shift, you will set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to specifications. Your attention to detail and drive for quality will ensure each piece meets strict standards and customer expectations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating press brake machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and tooling
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with different types of metal fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of CAD or other design software
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior relevant experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work the 2nd shift hours from 1:30 pm to 12:00 am in Kenosha
• Willingness to adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
