Required Skills:

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues efficiently
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with PLCs and automation systems
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical trades

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to attend the Kenosha location
• Valid certifications are a plus but not mandatory
