Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures and standards

• 8 years of inspection experience (manufacturing)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
• Prior experience in quality control or manufacturing environment

Other Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for Monday through Friday schedule
• Ability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
