Reach Forklift Operator – Warehouse (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hr
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are currently hiring Reach Forklift Operators for a warehouse opportunity in the Bartlett area. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable operating equipment and working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
This position may require working in different warehouse areas including dry, cooler, freezer, and produce zones, so employees should be prepared to dress in layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Forklifts and Double Electric Pallet Jacks (Double Jack) safely

• Replenish pick slots and maintain product flow in the warehouse

• Consolidate pallets in reserve locations

• Put away received product into proper storage locations

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of warehouse or forklift experience preferred

• Experience operating Reach Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to follow instructions and established warehouse procedures

• Steel-toe boots required

This role works under direct supervision and follows established warehouse guidelines to ensure product accuracy and safety.
