POSITIONS: General Labor – Kitters
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Jonesboro, GA
About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates (Kitters) to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be repacking bags of coffee and working on the line/table as part of a collaborative team. The position is easy to learn (approximately 20 minutes of training), and English or Spanish speakers are welcome!

Responsibilities:
- Repack coffee bags and assemble kits on the line/table
- Perform general warehouse tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and KPIs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Some overtime may be required (typically 1 hour/day)
- Occasional Saturday overtime (volunteer first, then mandatory if needed)
- Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing and moving for 8+ hours per day
- Closed-toe shoes required (vest provided)
- Shorts allowed; shirts must have sleeves and no offensive graphics
- Bilingual skills a plus (English/Spanish)
- 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Very friendly and collaborative atmosphere
- No food or drinks on the floor other than water in a clear bottle
- All employees must use the back door at the Employee Entrance (buzzer access)
