1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role will focus heavily on managing workflows within the ERP system, coordinating domestic and international shipments, and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse management experience, ERP expertise, and leadership skills to support both system operations and warehouse staff.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: Fully on-site, around a 6 a.m. start would likely be the expectation.

Pay Rate: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Duties:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Serve as the resident expert for the ERP system (IFS), performing and supporting advanced transactions
• Coordinate domestic and international orders to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Process and schedule pickups using shipping software and coordinate with sales teams to meet customer needs
• Manage workflow within the ERP system to ensure efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Supervise warehouse staff including forklift operators and warehouse associates
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational or system-related issues
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety compliance, and operational standards

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of diversified business experience in warehouse management and international shipping
• Strong experience working with ERP or MRP systems required
• Ability to learn and operate advanced ERP transactions at a high level (IFS experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to supervise and support warehouse team members
• Experience coordinating shipping logistics and customer orders
• Ability to operate a forklift and support warehouse operations when needed
