Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Packer to join our team in Wind Gap, PA. This role involves accurately picking, packing.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders and pack items securely to ensure safe delivery

• Prepare and label shipments according to company standards

• Use RF scanners and warehouse software for inventory tracking

• Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate order processing

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse area

• Communicate effectively with warehouse and office staff

• Follow all safety rules and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30–50 lbs throughout the shift

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, dock, or shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse software required

• Must be computer and tech savvy

• Dependable, punctual, and strong communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work the scheduled shift consistently
